We begin by designing and setting up the production line, and sourcing machines through consultations with our dedicated team of experts that rigorously evaluates all suppliers and components.
This ensures that our production is optimized and strategically planned from the outset, leveraging our and our partner’s expertise. Throughout the entire process, we continuously upgrade, maintain, and improve both the machinery and the production workflow.

Our production process starts with cutting and 2D, 3D, and CNC bending of the wire to form the desired product shape, followed by precise chamfering.
In our plants, we use high-speed cutting machines that are already fine-tuned for efficiency, yet we continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance their performance further.

Our production process features a highly automated setup for 3D and TIG welding, tailored to your volume needs. This automation boosts efficiency and ensures consistent, high-quality welds, allowing us to scale production while keeping costs low.
We prioritize welding quality to ensure the structural integrity and durability of the final product. Our advanced techniques deliver strong, precise welds that meet top industry standards, minimizing defects and reducing the risk of costly repairs.

We provide a range of coating options, including electropolishing and galvanization, with additional specialized coatings available upon request. This flexibility ensures you receive the precise finish needed for your product’s performance and durability.
Upon request, we assemble components from other suppliers into the final product, meticulously verifying each part using our highly automated inspection line. Advanced cameras ensure that every detail meets exact specifications.
